I'm back

Wow I can't believe its been 2 years since I've been on here. I can assure you the anxiety is still here and I still struggle everday. Some days better than others.  But I keep pushing forward as I will not let the anxiety win! I have been sober now almost 6 years. So if I can do it anyone can. I've ben really struggling lately. The fear can be so overwhelming and I feel alone. I guess thats why I came back. Hoping to find others that feel the way I do and can be support to me and I to them.
