:)

I have went on 2 dates with a guy that I dated 3 years ago. We havee also been talking on the phone. He is in Denver for a week which is good becauseit gives me time to think. Pluses... He isvery committed and sweet, cute and he wants children. Debits... His anger makes me uncomfortable. Not that he rages , just a little passive aggressive and needs to step up his willingness to communicate. Also he is a smoker which is nit a deal breaker but I do not like. So there it is so far.I am reading about a form of meditation that someone told me about.Would love to get a little more willingness in that area.

I think the anger part scares me a little, especially the passive aggressive stuff. Is that something he will discuss or does he close up. The smoking would be an issue with me. Anyway, nobody is perfect, but just make sure you can live with the imperfections of your partner. That\'s my advice. I will say that I think I moved in with my partner too quickly, so I would say go slow on that end of it. Of course, we have been together 10 years some great, some awful and some okay.

Ive learned a long time ago that people are not perfect. However, I was in a relationship for 21 yrs which was full of love and also a lot of anger. Looking back after all that I went thru. I wish I would have ended it long before I did. This of course one persons story. Im sure you must be thinking this over or you wouldn\'t have put it in your journal. best of luck.

just be careful not to try an fill one void in your life with someone or something else. your happiness must come from within. trying to find someone someone to complete you or add to your happiness won\'t work. i found that out that hard way. also, never, ever settle. if you have a gut feeling, ALWAYS listen to it. *hugs*
