I am so tired of waking up every morning waiting to here from my ED, and going to bed every night thinking about her. My birthday is in 10 days, this will be the 4th year with no call ...how do you all do it?
Honestly, I try not to think about estrangement. And I guess I usually expect not to hear anything. I hope that you can celebrate your birthday happily. :-)

My birthday was great...when you try not to expect that suddenly our hurtful children will call, its easier to except.
