#5 workout - didn't go!!

 OMG everyone, I was such a slug last night that I didn't go work out.  I was extremely tired and just wanted to curl up in my blanket on the recliner and watch TV.  Well...I worked on my paint by # pic. 
It rained so hard last night, all night.  I also worried about the basement.  All is good down there. 
Better luck next time....
Biggest loser starts next thursday - I better start chucking it up because if I start missing those workouts, they will charge me the remainder of the fee that my insurance paid for.  I only paid $37.50.   that wouldn't be good.  I have to be good for 12 weeks!

It\'s fine, don\'t beat yourself up over it. We all have those days where we just can\'t get the energy to work out.

Some days you just don\'t have it. Other days, you can force yourself to trudge through. You know yourself best.

Sometimes you just don\'t have it in you. Don\'t beat yourself up. You are doing a good job of it so far. Get back in there and get your routine going. You will get there. You are doing great!

Hi Jen! :) i\'m so happy, you rested well. :) it\'s perfectly fine, that you took nice time to rest. :) You\'re doing so well, and making lots of great progress. :) i too, rest from my workouts when i need to rest up. :) i\'ll always be very proud of you, and cheering for you with your goals. :) i believe in you, and have faith in you. :) Each step, is a positive step forward. :) keep us updated. :)
