I must say that I very rarely think of gambling anymore however it still does pop into my head every now and then which of course I say to myself..... no, no. no, no, no, no, no and no!
Things are starting to come together and my life has more meaning and balance. It's been hard work to get to today and I know there is still plenty of hard work which lies ahead of me.

Bear, you go where few men have dared let alone have achieved. Just to make the commitment makes people pause, but to actually do it, makes them ashamed for not having tried. I know what you mean about thoughts but then if one comes into my head I reply, why? Why would I want to go through that living hell all over again for just one bet?
