5 day Transfer it is!
Just got the call from the nurse and we are going to make it to day 5!!!! Hip, hip, horrayyyyyy!!! My lucky 7 are doing awesome (even the 2 caught up!). Here are how they are doing as of today: (4) are 8 cell EXCELLENT(2) are 8 cell EXCELLENT/GOOD(1) is 8 cell GOOD The nurse was so excited for me and told me the dr would probably recommend putting in one if they continue to do so well. I asked her if we had to follow his recommendation and she said no, that we could put in 2 but that was it for my age. Kirk and I have really been struggling w/ this decision. I'm scared to do just one but am also scared for twins. Hopefully, the Lord will give some answers in the coming days:) I won't know any more details about my 7 until Sat....they will just call me tomorrow and tell me when I have to be there on Sat. I will let you guys know as soon as I get back on Sat. Love to all,Shannon

I am so excited for you are your super embies! I do have a question though. Is there are reason that they recommended doing a five day transfer? My RE said that they only do 3 day transfers. Did they give you a choice or is 5 day the only thing that your clinic does?
Oh also the whole deciding on one or two thing. It might be a good idea to put in one of the 4 that are excellent and the one that is good quality. This was you are giving that one a chance because it may not be the best one to freeze. Twins might be scary at first but you would do great!!!

Wow. Those embies are doing awesome. Not sure what I would actually do, but I think 1 might be better than 2 if they are growing so well, but at the same time, I would be all for twins. Can\'t wait to hear how it goes. You are going to be a mommy!!
This is wonderful news. I think if it were me, I\'d do one perfect embryo and one good one...freeze the rest for the siblings! It is good to have totsicles!!! Big, big hugs!!! You ARE going to be preggers soon!!!!

Sounds great! My Dr. put in one at 8 cell and one at 6 cell...and well as you know we are now pregnant with twins. Scary yes but also wonderful! Do what you feel is right for you and Kirk. Good luck; can\'t wait to hear when you get your BFP!!!!
