5/3/12 8w6d preggers Appt update!

So just got back from my first OB appt today about an hour ago! I was there for 4 HOURS! OMG! First I went for the u/s and got to see the baby again :D. He/she is a lot bigger than 2 weeks ago. He/she was wiggling around in there and I got to hear the heartbeat again and it was a strong 173bpm! I was so relieved to see that the baby was okay. Then I had an interview with one of the nurses and she gave me a bunch of books and asked me alot of questions about my health and my family history. Then I went and saw the Dr and had a pap smear done and he told me everything is looking good! Then lastly, I had an interview with the insurance agent and she arranged me a payment plan. The vaginal delivery will cost $3k+ and my insurance will pay 80%, so I have to end up paying around $650 and she is going to let me make payments for 6 months. I also have to meet my $500 deductible. She says if something happens and I have to end up having a c-section it will cost around $100 more. So everything went great! My next appt is the end of this month and then the Dr. told me that they are doing early gender scans at 16 weeks :D and its only $75 and I'm thinking about doing it. That means we can get to find out what we are having in June!!! WOW! I can't believe I'm going to have a baby! It still feels like a dream!
As far as symptoms go... Still tired, hungry, occasional light-headedness, loss of appetite, lower back pain, and cramps. I haven't really had any nausea except I do feel "gaggy" sometimes. Especially with strong smells. Well, that's it for now! Everybody take care!
