5/18/12 11 weeks preggers!

This is sooo great! I can't believe I'm already 11 weeks! Only 2 more weeks to go and I'm pretty much outta the woods. These past few weeks have gone by pretty fast. I'm starting to find myself get excited, but nervous as well. I'm excited to know that there is a really good chance this pregnancy is going to follow through, but nervous about being a mom. I don't doubt myself, but it's just weird thinking that my life is going to be so different once the baby gets here and it will never be the same like it is now, just the two of us... there will be 3. I don't know why but some times I don't adapt well to change and it gives me anxiety :(. But, I'm hoping my husband will help me through it! As far as pregnancy symptoms go, I feel fine! I don't even feel pregnant anymore. All that's been going on are the round ligament pains, fatigue, and feeling fuller faster when I eat. I do crave things here and there but I don't really have a craving that is constant... I will get a taste for something and want it really bad and I'm not really happy till I get it and then when I do it's very satisfying (lol) but I won't crave that same thing again. So far I've craved bbq chips, root beer, bologna sandwich with salad dressing lol, pizza, spaghetti, and strawberries. Lol what a variety!
Me and the DH are doing good! It's weird that he's my husband now lol I still catch myself referring to him as my "boyfriend" and then I have to correct myself. He's getting really excited too and is already thinking of baby names... If it's a girl he wants to name her Adelina... there is a story behind it though. My mom's name is Lina, my name is Jalina, so he just wanted to pass down the "Lina" tradition lol. And I will probably put "Marie" as a middle name in memory of my aunt that passed away in 2009. PS... a funny thing is my aunt's names are Tina, Gina, and Dina... yall think I'm kidding but I'm not lol. We haven't really thought of boy names though... I really like the name Jael (pronounced as Jah-elle) but then people will read it like "jail", and plus it's not a very easy name to pronounce to some people. So, not sure yet... but we have plenty of time!
The baby, I believe, is coming along really well! I listen to the heart beat at least one time a day. I've gotten good at finding it in less than 5 minutes... It's still kinda hard and it doesn't pick up well cause I'm a "thicker" girl. The heart rate shows on the Doppler in the 130's and 140's, but when I count the beats myself for 10 secs then multiply x's 6 I get 160-175bpm. So, the doppler doesn't get a good reading sometimes. It's cute too cause the baby tries to hide from me :D I will find the heartbeat and listen to it for about 30 secs then the baby will kick at it and move. No, I don't feel the baby move yet, but believe it or not, you can actually hear the baby move on the Doppler! Then after the baby moves, it takes me a few minutes to find it again and then it will do it all over again! Lol. Silly baby.
As far as work goes, it has sucked booty. I can't stand to work there anymore. I get so emotional and I cry at least once a day at work cause everything gets to me now. I wish I could just quit, but I would lose my health insurance and then also my husband couldn't handle the burden of all our bills... it's just too much. I am hoping that I can find a less stressful job. I know it won't be as good of money that I make now, but the money I make now is NOT worth the stress! I may try to get this cashier job at a small Dixie Castle. They pay good, about $10/hr but it's only a part time job w/o benefits. I could get Tenn Care though being that I'm pregnant so they will cover my Dr. bills, but my husband tells me that I need to stick it out a few more months at my current job :(.
Well I guess this is all for now, will update soon. Next appt is 5/24/12 at 2:30PM!
