i'm proud to say that i've gotten my 2.5 mile run below 21 minutes again...in the past, i've gotten down to as low as 18 minutes, but then i slack off and stop running and it's always hard to get going again. i hope i can bring it below 20 minutes soon...we shall see!

I LOVE TO RUN BUT AFTER AN ACCIDENT A YEAR AGO THAT FRACTURED BOTH MY ANKLES IT HURTS ALOT. ANY ADVICE ON SOME GOOD RUNNING SHOES. i HAVE BACK PROBLEMS TOO SO LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE SOME SOUND ADVICE.
