greetings from napa, california, everyone.
in the middle of a crazy wedding weekend (my sister's), and i am failing miserably at this weight loss stuff. i exercised this morning - an 18 mile bike ride - but i just went nuts with all sorts of bad, bad foods yesterday, and today has been a waffle, an omlette, pizza and a milkshake.
i'm pretty sure at this point that all of my progress from the last month is gone, and i'm back in the 185 range (fortunately, there's no scales here).
i'm already psyching myself up to jump back on the workout path on monday, when life returns to normal again. but, while i'm happy with life, i am very disappointed in myself and my self-discipline.

I hate to hear you\'re disappointed in yourself and your self-discipline. Cut yourself some slack. Everyone deserves a break now and then. You\'ll catch back up. Good luck!
ah, get rid of that sad face please..did you have a fun weekend..well then, rejoyce and be happy for tomorrow you \'shall have to pay the pipper\'
you shouldn\'t be so hard on yourself and \'kick back\' once in awhile esp for your sis\'s wedding.
enjoy

I second Judy...at least you had fun...lol...we always seem to be harder on ourselves don\'t we?
You will figure this all out in due time. Don\'t be so hard on yourself and enjoy life!
from one whom has dealt with her weight problems for most of her life... as hatmaker said, CUT YOURSELF SOME SLACK!! for christs sake, you are in napa, one of the food and wine capitals of the world!!! all you can do is eat good food and drink good wine. it wouldnt be proper not to do so... hugs to you-celeste
There is NO WAY you can be on a diet at your SISTERS wedding AND in NAPA..the milkshake was a little gratuitous...see you when you get back. Hope its a great day for your sister and your fam.
Don\'t be disappointed in yourself. Noone can keep up diet and exercise while in Napa Valley and at wedding festivities! Just get back on it on Monday! Don\'t let the food thing make you crazy...It can take over and you then you miss a whole lot of life! Enjoy! Lollie
What I\'ve learned from weight watchers is to take it one day at a time. If you fall off the wagon, you get right back up. Each day is a different day. A wedding in Napa? I\'d definately fall off a few wagons! Hope you had a great time...without worrying about weight gain. I saw your pictures and you look pretty normal to me :)
