hey friends...first of all, i want to tell y'all how much i love that i set my face to red and so many of you came out to see if i was ok. i appreciate that.
actually, things are ok. i had a moment of frustration while i was travelling (been travelling all week...will continue until sunday)...you can imagine with airports and taxis that we all get a bit frustrated. the worst part, by far, was flying all the way from LA to JFK and then sitting in 2 hours of traffic...at 1AM on a wednesday!! what's up with that?
anyway, i'm better now...thanks for your caring.
as for my diet, i haven't even seen a scale in 3 days...the suspense is killing me...i'll post tomorrow.

lol...sometimes I miss all the traffic since I\'m out here in no-man\'s land... but I miss all the people more... glad you\'re still safe! omg... you\'re going to be a birthday boy soon... hope you have really fun plans for that day! Hope the rest of your trip goes well...thinking of you!
when u think about it... traffic is about the most pathetic activity. not moving and burning gas just to hear the radio and run the air. everyone looses. except the gas companies.
Yeah, travel will wear you down... Although I live only 90 miles north of NYC, I had to travel for 8 straight weeks with one week in Virginia and the other seven in NYC. You\'ll make it and be home with the family soon enough.
