ah, the good life.

that's what this is right now. why, you ask?

well, here's the deal:

the family is happy and healthy. cho's happy because she's planning les vacanes en france. zade's happy because he's finally slowly learning to talk. and kaya's in a wonderful summer camp that brings her home exhausted but super-satisfied.

we took kaya out to dinner last night for a special date night with mommy and daddy, and she couldn't get more cute...she's currently in love with lightning mcqueen (if you don't know who that is, don't ask), and it's all about anything that's red, because, of course, that's lightning's color.

work is draining and, at times, nerve-wracking as we try to knock down bugs and make our product as good as it can be. but, ultimately, it's satisfying to put out a product and see people use it, get encouragement out of it, and come back to it.
