5 1/2 months

Brayden is 5 1/2 months old already. Hes getting so big!!! At his appointment today he was 22lbs and 30 inches long! They said hes in the 100% for both....and she also said hes the weight and height of an 11 month old. She said hes not overweight his growth chart is going up at the right rate hes just a big boy all around. No wonder my hip has been out of place! LoL. He now has 2 teeth and hes trying his hardest to crawl hes still not doing it right but he does go LoL. You cant keep him in one spot for a second and you cant forget anything on the floor or it goes straight for his mouth. Great way to keep the house clean. LoL. He will sit up on his own with me beside him but hes still a little wobbly but I cant get him to sit stright hes always bent over playing with his feet. Im sure he'll figure it out soon enough. Im trying to find something to place on the floor for him to play on.....right now I'm just using a blanket which works ok but Im trying to find something with a little padding. Hes doing ok on solids he eats the rice or oatmeal cereal and he likes applesause...so far thats about it. I've tried him on sweet potatoes and banannas but he doesnt really take them that well. I going to try to start making his baby food they say it tastes alot better so we'll see how that goes. I just cant believe how fast hes growing up. Yesterday morning he woke up around 4am and I feed him and put him in bed with us.....usually if he wakes up around that time I'll put him in bed with us and he'll fall right back to sleep where if I put him back in his crib he'll be wide awake.....He was laying inbetween me and my husband and I was just laying there looking at him I couldnt sleep I laid there for like an hour just staring at him in amazement and wondering where the last 5 1/2 months went and how my baby is growing up SOOO fast. It amazes me at how blessed I am to finally have my perfect little baby after 3 years. He doesnt even look like a baby anymore hes like a little boy already. Its amazing to watch my little boy grow but its also so sad too see him grow up so fast. Well thats all for now. TTYL.
