4th cycle of clomid

okay so my period came day 31 twice in a row for it to come day 31..so BFN....RE said i need to lose some more weight so we will do the clomid again,4th cycle and IUI. I am on day 5 and i am feeling both sides like someone is squeezing my ovaries.i go for ultra sound on the 13th so, day 13 and we will see from there..i am currently taking dexamethasone for pcos days of cycle 5-14 to block out androgens...just a FYI.....so here we go again cross my fingers and pray this will be it ...
