I\'ve been meaning to post this: I have a port on the upper left side of my chest. This works great and makes it easy to give me my chemo. However, when I drive the seat belt rests right smack-dab on top of it. This is very painful - even with the slight presure of the seat belt. So, when getting a port installed, try to get it on the right if at all possible - it will make driving much easier.
BTW: To workaround the pain, I place the should belt under my left arm - probably not the safest thing to do.
