Yesterday and today have been two of the most painful days I have had in a couple of weeks. Two nights ago I had no sleep. It was the awful pain that woke me up I cried big tears. There was nothing I could do to rid myself of it. Las night I was in a fibro nap at 6:30 my son said, it lasted for several hours. Then I went to bed. I took an extra Trazadone and Klonopin to help me sleep. It worked I got up at my usual 3am. The pain today is still very sharp and strong. But I will have to deal with it there is really nothing I can do. For all of you that have FM and MFS I am sorry for what you have to go through. Peace! Altheia
