Monday August 14th 4:58 amI have been up since 3 am. I could barely get out of bed. The pain and the stiffness was unbearable. I guess all the stressers from yesterday took it's toll on me. I cried for just a little while... but that has to stop I cry so many tears one day I will run out of them. Today I will see my T to work up a course of coping stratigies. I will write more when I return.

i totally understand.i have to take pain meds while still in bed and wait for them to take effect before i can get up to move .i cry everyday from the pain.i am so sorry you are going through this also. this sucks .love marie..
