Tired
Hi Journal,
These days at work have been so long,my work is almost caught up to date,that this is when i start thinking alot about how tired I am......
Change in the weather screws up my sleep patterns 75 1 day 50 the next.
Making sure everything is done chore wise at home because i am just that obsessive about it.
Then of course comes the mind games from- stbx -to sister- to friends- and coworkers.
Why do i keep thinking i need to make everyone elses life happy before my own? I think its time once again to put my proverbial foot down and take care of me 1st.
I have come to the conclusion that this is why i am so tired for the 1001 thoughts going thru my head everyday..... in essence....I NEED A VACATION!!!!!.
