Beth, any accident is a challenge for us. Unpredictable too. Naturally, you will feel the crap of it all and it is very difficult to cope with. In my opinion, looking at this in a way that boosts you to believe in the spiritual part of life, which is fixed in trials and tribulations will promote a better understanding of just how much weaknesses can be useful in building strength and character; although we really don\'t see how good things can come out of hurtful situations, it does, and it is often the feeling of no control in the matter that hurts our pride; we all have obstacles to overcome; please see it this way because it makes sense when you can see a purpose for coping with the *crap* of life\'s challenges.
