Whatever

So good news and bad news. Good news is my parents sold that building and the bank is working with that stupid developer to hopefully keep him out of foreclosure…for now anyway! Bad news is that stupid business still haunts my parents. Apparently they thought the payroll company was paying the workman’s comp….guess not! Now they want 10 years of back pay!! Unreal! They basically have nothing left from the building sale because of the wonderful economy and all the stupid fees. Now the attorney said these f-ing idiots can take the money from their personal accounts! What’s the sense of having a corporation? The attorney is going to try and work a deal with these idiots but they will be going into retirement with basically nothing…God bless America. I guess what bothers me is that they have spent the last 20 years working 12-15 hour days 7 days a week and for what? To end up with nothing in the end? Wouldn’t they have been better off not working at all and living on welfare? I could see if they made a ton of money and blew it on junk but that stupid business barely kept its head above water every year and half the time they didn’t even bring home a paycheck! If I averaged out their salaries over 20 years you’re looking at like $20,000 per year…I believe poverty level is under $26,000 per year…nice. Now the f-ing government want to take the little they have left…wow. The good thing is I have been busy at work but my ex has not. I told her if she loses her job I’ll cover the mortgage payments until she gets a new job…it’s only fair in my opinion. Who cares anyway as I fully expect to have nothing in the end as well…whatever! Honestly it is liberating to just not care anymore! The more you have the more you have to worry about so f-it! I have always tried to save money and it always gets lost to some stupid thing or another. I’m saving now to support that stupid mortgage if need be and help my parents if they need help. I’m hoping my car can make it a few more years…9 year old Hyundai but still kicking! I’m sure things will work out one way or the other…who cares right! Maybe this spring will bring new life to us all. I still think things will be better for everyone by the New Years 2010…if not I’ll push it out to 2011!!
