K - here's the latest...remember the money that I was hunting down from that lady who had owed it to me for like 5 months??  well, I finally got it about 2 weeks ago...Long story short...I deposited that ($500) into my checking account (which is joint with the asshole)...yesterday I come home from work and the girls show me this notice that was on the door along with a copy of the RETURNED CHECK...He frickin spent my money that was in the account and now my rent check from frickin December bounced and I have January due in less than a week.  OMG...could someone please kick his ass for me?  Seriously.  I called him and he said "well, I don't know what to tell you ..  I don't have any money".  UGHHHHHHHH!   One good thing...I hate him worse with every breath I take.  No chance in HELL of ever going back to him.   Praise the Lord. Best dad in the world...MINE.  I called him today when I got home from work and guess what. He told me that he went into my office here at the apartments and paid absolutely everything up to date for me (I had like $300 in late fees, plus he paid the bounced check).  Now all I owe is January rent next week..  I LOVE MY DAD.  But, I must admit that I feel like a frickin loser at 37 years old, having my parents pay my bills and oh, by the way, I am borrowing their car right now too...so sad and pathetic..But I don't know what  I would do without them.  And oh yeah, have I mentioned that I FRICKIN HATE STEPHEN RUIZ?????
