Hang in there, the time before my period is always worst than the rest of the month, so just try to wait it out and once you get your period you will feel much better. I hate how I feel before my periods, I am such an emotional mess.
well today is october 9 igot much better sometimes i even gorget that i have anxiety but now it is been 3 days i am feeling it again i dont want to get back hopefully i dont need to increase my med
