Today is Sunday and was always a special day for us. Church, brunch, rides along the lake, and quality time. Getting ready to start my day is really tough knowing I'll be without her.
I have found weekends are the most difficult 2 days to get through without my wife. They were universally considered family time wheather you are doing projects or playing. Without her, I feel alone & incomplete. Our children all live away so there is no other family to fill the gap.
Had a very roller coaster day yesterday. my activity of the day (golf) was cancelled which left me with a block of time I had to fill to keep my emotions in check. the weather was ugly , so could not go out to the yard. started to get anxious around noon . My wife\' monument was finally delivered & placed at her grave so that was difficult. Started to feel better mid afternoon once I got out and talked with some people. evening started to get worse, so relented & took a zanex and did sleep pretty well.
