Doc has put me back on Lithium today. Get some more blood test results next week. Cant wait for it. Will be nice to know that I still exist, well for me at least.

Reading a book or writing a book?
Hi. Read loads of books, mainly novels at the mo. writing one I mean. done a few short stories on other web sites that were ok ish. have started to write many a book over the years, but never completed. Really going to try this time. But not going to tell my children yet. Might get \'Dads writing a novel again, he must be into one\'
Sleep is an issue at the moment. Maybe when my Lithium levels settle, it will get better.
