Reading some of the other entries on here, I'm starting to realise that my paranoia is also a symptom of my feelings. I'm constantly terrified people are going to die (myself included). If my niece spends too long in the bathroom, I'm convinced she's drowned and have to hover outside the door listening for movement to reassure myself. If my mum goes out in the car, I can't settle till she's back, convinced she'll have a crash. Last week, my friend didn't appear on Facebook for more than 24 hours when he's usually on a few times a day and I was petrified he was hurt or dead even though he's young and healthy. Also, if I send someone a message, not only am I worried that I'll be perceived as clingy or a pain but that the recipient will be wishing I'd just stop bothering them (these are my friends). When I contact someone, my initial feeling is sick with the thought that they'll be cursing me. I don't know how to stop these feelings.
