A new day

After an event filled weekend, I had a wake up and pray for everybody kind of night. I did ax I was beckoned and prayed until I fell asleep again. What a wonderful dream/ vision I had.
In the dream, I had a house full of family including my ex husband ( Patrick's father). We were all just trying to act like nothing was different, but the elephant in the room was huge. I was worrying about my daughter and was being told not to overreact when there was a knock at the door that faces the ponds. I got up and answered the door curious because no one ever knocks at that door. I opened the door to find Patricks smiling face in front of me. I asked if I could touch him and he just hugged me in reply. I told him to come in, but I was the only one that could see him, so he sat in front of me and laid his head in lap and I spent what seemed like hours just stroking hir hair and neck. Telling him over and over how much I love him and he told me back that I was loved back just as much.
My niece was sitting beside me and Patrick said that she needed to know that he was there so he tried as hard as he could to bump her elbow..and it worked!  She said she had felt something and did I think it was Patrick? As soon as she said his name, she could see him. It made her so happy!
Then it was time for him to go..he said it had made him tired and he didn't want to be stuck, so he and I went outside on the steps and I thanked him for all his efforts and I asked if was really ok if I sang Matt Redman's Blee The Lord O My Soul to Phoenix now . ( He would tell me not to indoctrinate his son with my song when he was alive). He told me of course I could and he started to sing it and I joined him. It was so awesome..I could hear his beautiful voice, and I can still hear it. Then he held me so tight that I thought I would break. Then he said goodbye and ran toward the pond where he used to fish and where we are planning to put his memorial goodies this spring.
He was such a strong personality that I am not surprised that he shows so vividly when he shows himself.
It wuss grad to let him go...again. Thank you for loving your mother!

What a awesome dream, Wow you really remembered everything about it. Very powerful, when I dream their are no words said, or I can\'t remember them, it is more like visions of my son Ryan and they seem to be when he was a little boy. I love hearing about these visits from the moms children, it gives me hope!! thanks for sharing!! XO Kelly
