Pain

I sure felt the RA today! Knees and shoulder were on fire. Strange how this disease comes and goes and moves around. I can tell though how I will feel throughout the day by how my knees feel. On a brighter note the sun was shining It supposed to be really cold tomorrow, below zero. Hopefully warming about 25 this weekend which would be nice need to venture out for groceries.
