Having the flu like symptoms today but not to bad. I'm sure it has to do with the weather even though my RA doc doesn't think so. The gray skies don't help either BLAH!
Can you have a nic hot relaxing bath with lots of bright lights on? There is nothing worse than feeling the flu and the weather being dreary!
