Feeling much better today, almost afraid to say anything that I'll jinx myself. Today though the pain has moved back into my shoulder. I had cortizone about 6 months ago must be wearing off. I hate the shoulder and knee pain the most. Seems when I have knee pain I walk wobbly which thaen makes my hips hurt . Oh wee. The sun is shining spring is on the way!

Glad you are feeling better. I am the one with knee and hip pain, it has been awful for 2 nights now. I am sure it is a result of the tumultous weather we are having in the Midwest. ((hugs))marcia
