The pain has been very bad.  Last night I was wrything (sp?) and ended up taking 1/2 a valium with vicodin to calm me.  I was climbing the walls.  Anyway, today I took one in time for church.  I did fine - taught the little ones sunday school, attended church, lunch at church, then napped, walked Lucy and took a plant to PN.  Got a gorgeous begonia in trade.  I wanted R to see the lake house.  I think he enjoyed the trip out.  I avoided my mom and I'm feeling better about that whole thing...but this PAIN>>> it is AWFUL.  no distraction possible. I probably shouldn't ride the motorcycle in the morning, but I want to.  I should work out first.  I'll see what R says.  I'll try to get there early. 8/28 two vicodin8/29 three and half vicodin, half valium8/30 three vicodin
