Only one vicodin yesterday even though my mom was a bitch to me in public.  Frankly she embarrassed herself - but it took me 24 hours to work through it.  THank God for my BF he is a wonderful listener.  I'm just going to let her show her true colors.  I won't bad mouth her - or I'll try not too.  I don't alwasy have good self control when she gives me the silent treatment I woke up in pain yesterday but it got better and I used distraction and two beers to make it the rest of the day.  I'm not sleeping - mania probably.  Not severe, but there.I took half a valium at 4 this morning 8/21 one vicodin
