Feel bad. Migraine. took imitrex....waited...took vicodin at nine.  Didn't sleep last night - that's two nights in a row - def. a manic swing.  Had to take a valium to sleep.  And yesterday was so nice.  ah, well.  I now have my own personal "spriritual director" our asst pastor wants to do it herself and I'm so happy about that.  I like her...and it's free. 8/21 one vicodin
