SUnday yesterday.  I should take a vicodin thirty minutes before church.  I'm sure I bother people squirming around.  I made it until three then seven...bad pain in my shoulder and hips.  Maybe my new plan on stretching out my trigger points all day is not a good plan. 8/9 three vicodin
