I took an ultram Dad gave me this morning - I don't want to forget, because if it works I'm liable to think I had a pain free day and forget why. 7/15 two vicodin one valium Dad got angry and I went south for a while.  I took a movie to Karen's house.  She's just nursing her mom until she dies and I wanted to help her pass the time. After that, my back and hips hurt so that I'd have to take another pain pill in order to drive to Dad's.  I took a valium becaue I intended to go, and then thought this is stupid.  Dad is probably sick of my face anyway.  He sounded pretty chipper when I called to cancel.  I think it was a good decision.
