Yesterday was church.  Teaching Sunday school left me hurting.  Seekers requires you to stand the whole time and they expect lots of content. I took two to make it thru church and I still hurt, another at 3 or so. I managed the pain.  It did not go away. 6/7 three vicodin One so far.  I woke up wtih my hips really hurting.  Made it until ten or so.  wrote until one.  walk Lucy then the gym.
