Yesterday I took it easy.  Got the doc on the phone to check the rest of my back - have to do it when I get back.  Went to the gym.  Helped Rene with grant money for La Portia. Took four vicodin total.  Needed two for THis American Life.  It's hard.  I'm not happy to forget what I see (which happens) but I can't enjoy what I see when I'm in pain.  A toss up. 4/23 four vicodin
