I was lucky to have a therapy appt after the doc.  It was helpful.  The cortisone probably helped too but I'm still sleeping 10-12 hours a night.  and tired...just plain ol tired.  I have caladiums to plant the weather is perfect and they sit there.  So mucy for cortisone making me feel like a 17 year old. I did great yesterday, gym, haircut (too short), speech at Ernests, Fed Exed packages church 5 to 7 almost didn't make it to the end.  In bed by 8, up at 7:15.  computer from 8 to 10, then? 4/21 four vicodin4/22 three vicodin Ice is still wonderful.  cortisone must be helping a bit.
