Yesterday was a full day and a happy one. I slept late but who cares.  I had a nick/back migraine - took an imitrex and vicodin.  I did some work, got a call about a job (13K), wen to R's and started cleaning his house, got my teeth cleaned - the trazodone is not decaying my teeth, I went back to Randy's touched up paint.  Walked the dog, went to therapy.  Took my 2nd vicodin at 3, Looked at fabric. Came home - checked email, talked to Perry, showered, went to dinner for Jason's birthday,  Drank 2 beers wtihout feeling bad and was asleep by 8.  Woke up this morning pain free. Second morning to do back exercises before getting up.  DEFINATELY helps.  4/13 five vicodin 4/14 imitrex and four vicodin
