I was superwoman yesterday.  I came up with a SS lesson, taught SS, read the short story for luncheon in the parking lot, attended luncheon and discussed said short story, walked the dog, took 15 minute nap, took "exam" for deacon ordination.  ALMOST behaved myself when it went over 30 mintues (Preacher PROMISED 4-5 p.m.).  Came home and chilled as best I could but took a valium because I need my faculties today.  I slept well.  I think I did good on the vicodin yesterday considering. 3/22 four and half vicodin
