I only needed one and a half pills yesterday.  Never underestimate distraction.  Ruth and the boys were here.  we went to a movie (Had to take the one and a half for sitting) then we scoped out a murder scene for my book, and conspired to get a new puppy.  A great day.  I was a little unbalanced when the puppy took all attention from me and Lucy - not proud of it, but good to be honest with yourself. 3/16 one and half vicodin one valium
