Yesterday I was in the "Ive had it" mood with the pain.  My head hurt enough to think it might be a migraine - I was desparate so I took an imitrex - but who knows.  I'm not going to count it as a migraine. 2/14 five vicodin and an imitrex Today Ive managed to make it to 2 p.m. without any pain meds.  Pretty good.  My neck is sore and I had some eye pain when the sound was too loud in church (loud enough to plug my ears) but no migraine.  the topomax is working. I felt ill off and on and tired.  Last night I was so tired.  Went to sleep at nine up at eight.  Eleven hours.  Fatigued a bit more than I've been used to since the Trazodone but still not taking to my bed during the day.  Does the Topomax cause fatigue?  I should check.  but I dont feel like it now.
