No migraines since I started taking Topomax.  Just amazing.  I'm so grateful.  I've been in so much pain and very agitated.  I neglected to record valium use.  I've had one in the evening for at least three days now.  It's 9:20 and already my back is hurting.  I should stretch before I go to the gym.  I also think losing $60K and the stress of a client who is playing games with my intellectual property DOES NOT help. Last night I was too agitated to relax until after an hour after R arrived.  But the fire was blazing in the fireplace and the sex was amazing.  He got a little blue pill - apparently his medication was to blame.  As soon as the glow abated I ran for the vicodin.  But the warmth of being held and feeling safe lasts even now.  I'm taking two at a time in the evening now.  I can get by on one and half during hte day.  But at night...it's just unmanageable. 3/12 five vicodin one valium Still glad I quit the hormones - acne is gone - no more crying.
