Yesterday pain in my left neck shoulder arm came on about 2 (after motorcycle ride - walking dog) with enough force to make me feel panicky. I took a 10 vicodin and it worked.  Didn't need anything else all day long. Woke up feeling well. 3/5 two vicodin
