Yesterday was painful due to the sitting.  I got by with one and half, then just one every four hours. Last night, I drank a glass of wine because I was feeling pitiful.  I have to spray my face with cortisone to keep the heat from turning my whole face into a rash.  Needless to say - a glass of wine will not be a regular thing.   2/21 three and half vicodin I got up with a headache took an ibuprofen.  My glands at my throat hurt, my neck hurts.  I have to do breakfast for my sunday school - but it's not bad enough to take a vicodin (yet).
