Migraine inthe middle of the night.  took an imitrex and vicodin - went back to sleep woke up in pain took one and half vicodin and zofran (VERY nauseous) Yesterday I felt pretty good,  Started teaching at 8 am and made it to noon - laid down while everyone went to lunch.  Took a vicodin around 12:30 (being still means I feel the pain.  Powered thorough to 5 ,  could feel my brain leaving me around 3;30...but no one seemed to notice.  I laid down when I got to Betsy's house and took another vicodin and a half - was tired but made it to nine.  (after resting about an hour or so). 1/29 two and half vicodin 1/30 so far one imitrex and two and half vicodin
