took two vicodin yesterday.  I made it until one - and I had a phone conference and was miserable enough to dread it - so I took a pill, then again one at 5.  the good side is that I woke up feeling well.  I think when I let the pain get bad - it can stay bad for days.  It's hard to know what to do. I cried last night - very down emotionally.  I switched from Valcyte to Valtrex a few days ago.  My hands are breaking out.  Right hand about 25 spots thumb, fingers one and two, second knuckle is inflamed and red. 1/8 two vicodin
