woke up with a bad headache again.  I have to tell the doc.  I promised myself last night - what's up with me not wanting to "complain"?  It is a side effect not a test of self discipline. I'll email her today. Anyway, I took a vicodin late afternoon to make it thru a party.  It took a while to get to sleep because my nose was completely stopped up and the dry mouth side effect of the trazodone combined to make the dry mouth almost stop up my wind pipe.  Sweetarts and a nose spray fixed that.  I thought the sweetart solution very clever of me. today I got up at 6:30 refreshed (in pain but awake) By the second cup of coffee the pain and headache were quite manageable.  Pain is coming back now but i'm hitting the gym so it will carry me another few hours. I'm feeling really good.  I may actually recover.
