Only one vicodin yesterday and I put up lights and cleaned out the gutters.  Felt really good.  I took it for the drive to Marshall and back with Fran. Later I walked Lucy and made it to church but left for the discussion.  It would've made me uncomfortable.  I thought it was very "white" how they talked about race and I knew I'd come across as uppity so I just avoided the whole thing.   Got up at seven this morning and feel great.
