I slept 14 hours.  It really pisses me off.  It is SO unfair and yadayadayada I know I could have some worse disease but I don't.  I can't "achieve" and I've always been an achiever.  I can't plan, and I've always been a planner.  I can give - but not too much. I had to lay down during church...then I practiced with the kiddies musical.  I took two vicodin to make it.  I was in bed by 7:30.  Woke up at 9:30 for food (to neutralize pills), work up twice more but I was dead asleep.   I had wild vivid dreams.  I was rejected by my exhusband, dumped by a best friend...these are MY forms of nightmare.  The last one I was on this plane, knowing I didn't have time to fly but choosing to fly anyway (old theme of I'll figure it out later).  And in a way...I'm drifting with no idea of how I'll survive. I'm so very tired.  I will go to the gym today, but not much else.  I don't want to write.  I resent the energy of my characters.  They get to do stuff while I sit here in my pajamas.

Yes, others do have worse disease. But that doesn\'t help the pain you are feeling. I like you are sorry for those that are worse than me but it is hard when you feel so bad and who really knows how bad you feel. Of course, I don\'t wish any of this pain on anyone but being tired is awful and it seems like you like to be involved. It has been hard for me but I am not as outgoing as you so I can spend time sleeping and I do understand about dreaming and nightmares. Meds do have a way of causing nightmares. When I wake up I am so thankful that it is another day but the dreams seem so real it leaves you unrested and for me fretful. Hang in there my friend - I am glad to hear you go on with the kids musical. I know working in the church can sap you of what little energy you have. Love and Prayers, Berta
