I did well yesterday only one vicodin.  I was grumpy going to teach and decided I needed to feel good and be nice. Today I've been okay without one.  I worked out - went with mom to the fair.  Only had to sit down once but now I'm going to take a nap.  Lucy will just have to wait for her nap.
